Kite Surfers in action!

Just over a week ago, there was a Kite Festival at Coolum in Queensland in Australia.

Among a fantastic display of kites they also had a lot of kite surfers hitting the waves on this sunny and windy day.

When the surfers saw a few photographers up their knees in the water, some of the pulled a lot of arial stunts which we were only too happy to capture!

I have been looking at your gallery and they are very nice.
I shot this sport for the 1.st time, some monthes ago and I was not so susscefull.
May be the light - mine - was not as good.

Nicely done, of the four here I think I like #3 and #4 the best, wish I could see his face in #4 and not as much Hip/Skin in #3, BUT I'm sure you were probably wishing that too. Very nice capture!!

3rd shot is off the wall awsome DOF and timing, Only th ing would be to get the front of the guy not the back..
