    Nice work! thumb.gif

    Ducatis are perdy. :D

So, Brandon, what does it mean to "sponsor" the team as a photographer?

it depends on the class of rider. I have 3 classes of sponsorship that I run. I do not pay them, but having photos available for their other sponsors, website, myspace, resume, etc pay out in spades for these guys. As well as obviously now writing press releases for them (talent I didn't know I had while I used to be a button monkey working at MS)

In Darren's case, being one of the only people that is riding AMA FX on a Ducati the PR I provide for him usually leaves him in debt to me :)

Just wish I could get into it more. 819 is just barely keeping afloat and now we are in the off season. I live in the wrong part of the country to shoot motorsports.

You're a good writer. And I enjoyed the article.

I turned down a job with the Gates Foundation in Seattle a few years back. I loved the town and really wish it would have worked out. Timing wasn't right. I wouldn't have married my wonderful wife if I'd gone to Seattle. But it was great. WHile I was there for the interview, I think I made a dozen friends in one day out in town.
