Bathing Duck

Well, I'm not much of a wildlife photographer but thought I would post one here and see what you all thought. I would have prefered a bit more room on the left side of the frame but such is life some times.

I like it. It may not be a GBH, but it sure it's nicely composed, sharp, and colorful SWD (small wet duck).

:. That was taken with my new (to me) 135L F2. Man that's a sharp lense but wow, forgot about how shallow the DOF is wide open.

Don't you just hate it when you are too close

. Great detail and color. The DOF is fine for this shot, I think it is actually better like this than if you had stopped it down.

I love this photo. i don't think the small DOF was a problem at all because it emphasizes the size of the duck, but maybe that's just a personal thing!
