    excellent...
    I think your photo is what photography is all about-- capturing a fleeting moment and sharing it with others. Of course, the photo is outstanding even without the sunbeam but the beam of light makes it "special".

    Thanks Folks

    I used a 2 stop Grad ND on the horizon. My biggest problem was getting to a spot to try to capute the three beams, well there were three when I started hunting for a spot, only one when I finally got to the spot whree I took the picture.

    I did do a 2 stop bracket as well just in case I need to pull something out of the shadows.

    Wow...

    What I really love about this shot, besides its obviousy beauty is the scaling going on with the foreground and background. I may be the only one but I feel great depth with the bush versus the mountain. I love it!
