I hate to cross post, but have you guys seen the techniques outlined in the thread OOB in Other cool shots, here in Dgrin?

They are really cool, and perfect for some of the wildlife shots I see here. I have not been in that forum for a while, and though you guys should check it out.

    One can also do it in a less "computerized" manner:
