i have 3 very similar pictures of my model kaity, but slightly different facial expressions. i think it would be pointless and a waste of time if i processed all 3 of them since they're all the same. i want to know which is the best, if it doesn't matter, or if they're all crap. i would appreciate your comments!

The last 2 are so close I can't tell any difference. I would choose the first one as her expression in the other 2 almost conveys "boredom". The first shot has more of a questioning look. I'm not crazy about either. Why is it so many models don't want to smile??? I bet she's adorable in a full grin!

Lovely girl; great natural beauty. I know someone very similar in appearance. . . . Wish I could shoot her, but I can't.

I see the photos as a progression from least natural to most natural. #1 is a compelling image, but technically imperfect, as her hair seems a bit mussed (or is that my failing eyes). 2 is smoother, and three is the most "natural" for lack of a better word.

I see about the hands, though; they are better in two than three.

You've got three nice shots here. Toss up btwn 1 and 2.

Her mouth is too tense in #2, and in #3 her head is in an awkward position. Kind of stretching up.

#1 is the best for me.

    Sorry none for me!

She doesnt look 'right' in any of them, almost like she is trying to pull an expression but failing.

I'm going to go against the grain here and say #3. #1 reads "annoyed." #3 she looks empowered, a very different emotive quality for me than #2. Her chin raised makes the difference, and her eyes pop more here than the other poses. And it looks like you were shooting from slightly above to achieve this?

All are great, she's a natural beauty.

Her expression on number 4 is much better imo, not keen on the pose however, but her face looks much more natural.

Nise work on the post processing for the first three.

3 out of the first batch. 4 is her/your best capture of her face but the composition does not work.

I see them conveying different emotions

#1 has a pleading quality to her expression.

    #2 conveys uncertainty

#3 defiance though lacking total confidence.

Also think a slight Mona Lisa type smile in #2 would have made it a knock-out shot.

    Just MHO, YMMV
