Hi Y'all,

I found my favorite hawk in a tree instead of his usual fence post. :D

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    Perfect as always. thumb.gif

I'm impressed with your lens quality. My spouse put a shift in my priorities so my 500mm with TC1.4 must wait.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Bow-wow! Thanks for the Chow!

What makes these for me is the composition. And to see the bird in other
than the top of a tree is pretty cool.

Thanks Dick. The 500mm is a fantatsic lens. I can look at my old shots and tell which ones were taken with the 500 by the IQ.

Thanks. He probably caught the fish. His favorite food seems to be frogs and I've seen him a number of times hanging by the edge of the water looking for them. I'm guessing that the fish came a tad too close to the shore.

    Hey Ian,

He was in a nice loacation but I could have done with a bit less vegetation. Had to cull a bunch of shots due to him being obscured. Actually he was on top of a palm tree. :D
