I was in Albuquerque on business last week and happened to get a chance to go to the International Balloon Fiesta.
Here are a few shots.
Friday morning balloons preparing to launch
Flame On!
The Sun was shinning
The Bees were dancing
The Company Ship
I am adjusting my career path- I want this job!
"How many ounces is that?"
Unlike the competition- No Mentos Needed!
As allways thanks for looking and C&C always welcome.

I would believe that. There was like 900 balloons this year from all over the world. I was hard to take pictures at times because they were going up left and right.

Aaron,
Excellent contol of the exposures. The highlights look perfect.
This is an awesome series. Must have been something to see it all in person.

Thanks Germaine.
I wanted more of the in flight balloons but the lighting turned very bright very fast so it was difficult to get dof on the shots with multiple balloons. It was a great time and hope I will get the chance to go again.

You really must do something with the first shot though....the balloons are nice, but the real shot here is the older woman with the pink bunny ears! !!
Thanks-
They were with the Energizer bunny balloon.
