Hi Ron............aren't those balloon races just something else
The colours and shapes they make those Hot Air Balloons in are just amazing, and seeing how they lay them out and start to prepare them pre to a flight is great to watch too.

I've been up in one, man its the best feeling, and yet so peaceful and tranquil up there......the landing however was like being in a dang car accident, scared the daylights out of us.

Thanks, frg and Skippy, that was the first time I ever attended a Hot Air Balloon festival and there was a lot to photograph from close ups to take offs and the Balloon Glow at night. I'm looking forward to going again next year.
