Girl's Field Hockey

New to Digital Grin (and relatively new to photography as well). Been trying to take photos at my daughters FH games. Find this a tough sport to shoot since you generally need to have the ball in the picture (which is at their feet) and their face (which hopefully isn't near anyone's foot).

The attached photo is one I was happy with. Please let me know your comments, plus I welcome any tips you have for photo'ing this sport.

    good shot. maybe a bit of sharpening & bump the levels to pop the pic .

    It has got to be a tough sport to shoot with everyone looking down.

    now I don't know this sport but maybe move down by the goal some . I assume they are hitting it that way & running toward you.

    & don't get yourself "stuck" on the parent side. Go where ever you think you will get better shots & light. They won't care as long as your not in the way.
