Thankyou so much for sharing this. Your results are beautiful. I did this several years ago with film using a double exposure in camera on one frame (Fujichrome 100) but I haven't tried it with digital. I think I'm going to have some fun! This could be a good way to save a good composition that is less than technically perfect.

Hi Greaper........ the orton technique looks okay with some images, but not others.
It has a tendency to make the image look more like a painting, rather than a photograph.
I do like the dreamy look it gives, I guess it's like other techniques, you have to pick the subject carefully.
