My biggest observation is with regard to where you've positioned yourself. Every shot is on the shaded side. Every face is in shadow. I can see in some images people on the other side of the field. When I shoot day games, I always try to position myself so that what I shoot is in sunlight.
Your cropping looks fine to me, but looks like it is mostly done in post. I find that the tighter the crop when I shoot the image, the more blurred my background becomes. There's no exif on the images, so I can't tell what your f-stop is.
