Title bar keeps disappearing..

I am not sure why this keeps happening, but my title bar and custom headers all disappear anytime i change the style. Any reason this could be happening?

    Can you tell us which gallery (give a link) this is happening in please?

    The Equipment gallery is the main culprit. It is a private gallery, but you can get to it from the link at the top underneath my title. The gallery only has one image (a black bar), but has all of my equipment listed as the image description.

    Change the link in your navbar.
