When I e-mail an attached photo to the correct address, with the correct pw in the subject line, SM creates the gallery named "Email" but no photos ever show up. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Jeanette -

Sorry your first question to Dgrin has to be about a dumb bug on our part. It's broken, temporarily. Our engineers are going to fix it.

I'm really sorry for the hassle.

I just finally tried this feature as well, and no "Email" gallery every showed up. Is it possible to tell SM what category to place the email gallery in? I'd like to to not be visible on my main page.

no, it'll always be that gallery/category. But you can make it private, and then it won't show on your homepage.

    Private will work, thanks.

Will you let us know when the feature is working again?

    Questions...
Mine attempt still never created an "email" gallery.

The photos I have emailed, are they in a staging area, or just lost?

Any estimates on when this will be working again?
