    Hey Troy...
Beautiful shots man! Even better post processing (care to share a tip or two? Laughing.gif...).

Anyway, what body did you use for these?

Does this copy come with the upgraded tripod mount-the one with the loonnggg foot on it?

    Thanks, and again great shots!

If every keystroke was a shutter press I'd be a pro by now...

these are essentially jpegs with very little processing. I use a $10.00 product. all i really ever do is add a little contrast and thats it..

all taken with the 20D! and yes this includes the longer tripod foot.

    Anyway....

The Sigma 120-300mm f/2.8 EX APO DG IF HSM telephoto zoom lens provides a large constant f/2.8 maximum aperture at all focal lengths. In essence, it transforms a large-aperture 300mm f/2.8 lens into a zoom lens that allows to determine the picture composition without having to change the vantage point.

The use of Apochromatic design and SLD glass elements, an AF drive is equipped with the silent, responsive and high speed Hyper Sonic Motor, Internal Focusing, all ensure optimal quality and usability. The DG design makes it fully optimized for use with digital SLR cameras.

    Retails for $2399.00

    My price = $2000.00 ( i dont wanna sell ) ;(

For a trade you need a macro lens so you can get pics of that thumb healing up nicely. :D

Off the subject, but why does a broken thumb mean he can't play soccer until next year?headscratch.gif Fix it and get back out there, kid!

This is a great lens and you've done well with it. Why don't you hold on to it until spring soccer? You know you'll want it then!

I primarily bought the lens to tak epics of my son, but his orthopedic surgeon says he's out for the season. Now i could wait till next season...BUT,
in the meantime my son has discovered a new sport - "girls" ! Unfortunately, Im betting he decides to switch sports by next season....

hmmm, maybe I could then use the 120-300 as a spy scope?
