Eastern Sierra: Sand Tufas at Mono Lake

These are neat, and it seems almost nobody knows about them! They are at Navy Beach, which is about 1 mile from the tufa tower locations. Went over after the light left the tufas.

I could have spent an extra hour or two here, but it was day 4 of photography and my wife was starting to tire of waiting in the car on cold mornings. Can't say as I blame her
