Hi everyone, This is our first Halloween where our daughter can actually dress up this year so its been a very fun time for us. Anyone take any pre-halloween costume pictures yet? Anyone care to share their pictures too of their little ones (kids, nephews/neices, etc?)

Here's our daughter dressed up as a chicken. I only have a white background so it was challenging to expose the chicken suit and also the white backgroun together...hopefully I'll get better "in the field" photos come Halloween day!

    My Favorite "Nemo"
Had an impromptu shooting with my great-nephew about 6 weeks ago. The shots are not too good technically, and I was laughing so hard it was difficult to concentrate!!! Of course, he was crawling all over the place...and the Canon 50mm f/1.8 just wouldn't focus fast enough for him!

All I'm getting are red Xs. I should have some shots of my two by this weekend.

Thats odd, I see mine and Saurora's images just fine. Anyone else not seeing the images?

BTW, That Nemo costume is adorable!

Carey, you see the images because they are in the cache of the computer you are using. The rest of us don't have the images cached so they don't show up. You need to turn external linking on in the gallery where the pictures are posted so we all can see them via dgrin too.

Ext. links were on.....can you see them now? I hope it was just the fact that the Mrs. decided to copy the pics to another gallery and deleted the pics I had linked to in the original post.....headscratch.gif

I'm seeing the first and third now. Very cute, and tough lighting. How did you light them? Looks like one strobe behind and to camera right with another strobe VERY close to camera left - maybe a ceiling-bounce?

    Hi Carey:
I am not sure how many pictures are supposed to be showing, but I see two and they are both excellent pictures. That grin is even making me smile.
    Thanks for sharing.
