Send to smugmug is failing

I'm having recent problems with the send to smugmug utility for Windows (running on XP)
I seem to keep getting the error "upload problem : empty file" in the log files, however, I'm certain that those images have content. Any ideas? I'm resorting to sending them up using the java applet for now, but I'd prefer to use this great tool.

    I'm sorry you're having difficulty!

    Let's see, are you uploading the same "empty" files with the Universal Drag and Drop with no problems?

    And are you getting any error messages from Send to SmugMug itself?
