Nikon question

I was really leaning towards the Canon 350D but did research on the Nikon D70 and feel that is better off for what I will use it for. My question is what are the differnces between the D70 and the D70s?

I have the D70; my daughter has the D70s. The biggest difference is that the D70s supports an optional wired remote while the D70 relies on a wireless remote. There is also a very slight size increase in the view-finder or monitor (can't really remember which now) but it didn't make me wish I had hers.

So there really isn't much better for either to say that you are better off with one over the other. Thanks for the fast responces.
