This is my first proper try at working with contrast on print. The negative is quite flat and, dare I say, dull. I was looking for something more dramatic.
C&C oh yeah. :D

I think you've done really well. You've kept detail in all areas of the print, even in the dark bits. One trick you could try that my teacher showed me whilst working with a similar situation was after you have done the 21 sec at 5.6 with the 3 1/2, try pulling the 3 1/2 out, whack in a really strong one like maybe a 5, and adding 2 seconds of that. Sometimes the extra couple of seconds with the stronger grade contrast filter can help give it a little more pop and definition. It might accentuate the cracking paint a little more.

But apart from that I lik it as it is too.
