Replace favicon.ico

I finally got the CNAME thing sorted out (with my webhost, not the domain host).
I am in the process of converting my theme to smugmug, so the integration will be almost seamless.
Is there any way that I can replace the Smugmug favicon (the little icon next to the url) with my own?
