Seperating old (pd) fron new (non paid)?

I'm sure I'm missing how to do this. But in the sales part where it shows all your sales, is there a way to seperate the old and paid orders from the new and non paid orders?

It would be nice to be able to file the paid and put it in an online folder that we could name something like...

Paid Sept. 2006
Paid June/July 2006

And so on, but still have a way to see all of the orders at one time also.

I'd like to know what my total is for the new sales to see how close I am to the auto payment threshold, etc.
