The sky is a problem in the first 3. They are all significantly underexposed -- by 1.5 stops or so -- in the trees themselves. I suspect your camera's meter got the sky and decided to darken it a lot. But the sky would be very bright if you exposed properly. You need to eliminate the sky from those kinds of shots for it to work out.

Daniel, you can do better, at shoot. Watch the histo, reshoot as needed. Still, these respond well to PS exposure adjustments.
