Two questions from a newbie

I'm a newbie...
1. What size do I need to make an image to have it as an image in my personal profile for this forum... having a hard time...

2. I used the customize watermarking and the watermarking is a different size in some photos...why?

HI, that would be 80x80 and less than 18kb. Use photoshop's "Save For Web"
