I have very basic knowlege here.

One question I have is, on my home PC the photos show up with a lot more artifacts compared to the same photos on other machines. Is that a monitor setting? Graphics card issue?

Any thoughs to where to start would be helpful.

Thanks,

Doug

It could be any number of things...i would think for someone to give you accurate advice then you probably should list the specs of your current machine & monitor settings.

These are photos you're viewing from your smugmug account?

Or your hard drive? If so, what software?

is your monitor color calibrated, and is any of the monitors you are using, both at work and at home?

if not you can't really start to quantify your colors
