Here's one I modified, with detail steps below. I picked this one because I like the silhoutte and framing of the tree. The colors in the modified one are all colors that were present in the original image, just magnified in post processing. Here's the modified result:



From this original:


To make this modification, I did the following:

• Convert to LAB color mode
• Add this curve on the L channel to increase contrastl:
  
• Add this curve on the A channel to enhance color:
  
• Add this curve on the B channel to enhance color:
  
• Flatten, convert back to RGB and save.
