I am trying to upload photos from my camera phone via my PC. They are JPEG's and open just fine on my PC.

When I use the univeral uploader, they upload (very fast, because they are like 120KB ea). After they are done it says, we're sorry we did not receive any photos.

Any ideas?

Try Olde Faithful. Just to see if they upload there.

You can email one to our help desk, we'll take a look at it. Perhaps there's something in the file causing it to be corrupted.

Thanks for the tip. It tells me they are not supported files. I will email one to the help desk.

    Hi Jim,

We got the file and I've asked Ben our Product Manager to look into it.
    Thanks!
