Hi Nikolai.
That was as a matter of fact an orange.
It is rather lemnonish (lemon colored) because it's very early in the year.
There are oranges in Portugal but many are imported from Spain or Israel.
Anyway those pics of mines were a flop.
All the best.

"My name's Fred. I hate October. Little kids poke me, adults pen me in. I'm surrounded by orange. Orange sucks. Here's the back side of my October home."
"Every evening they take me out of my pen and expect me to do acrobatics on these pathetic platforms."
"This is my cousin, Wilson. He's not only stupid but he's color blind. That's why you don't see any orange...duh!"
"After those little brats are through putting their grimy little hands on me and sticking me with orange cotton candy, the adults feed me these things."
"I wish I was in New York, then I could say, "Have a nice day." but they'd probably spray paint me purple."

Seedless Persimmon
You see, orange is my favourite colour, so I didn't want to miss out on this exercise too. I bought some seedless persimmons - so delicious! I cut one in half.
Anyway, I did several adjustment layers on this one and made the dark bits much redder so they stand out more.

Interesting...
Seems a bit OOF, though, or is it just me?

Welcome! Those were some nice oranges!
Now let's get some fieldwork done..
I have another orange one coming as soon as I can get it uploaded (my upload last night stalled partway through).
The doubt never crossed my mind
Thanks for the entry!

There's a very shallow depth of field. I used a macro lens.
