Problem with buying and print sizes

I am having some problmes with print sizes (product) when ordering prints from my site.

- Photos are in the same gallary
- Photos were cropped before being uploaded into SM (square crop)
- Some photos will be correct and the default "product" will be "other prints"
and list only the square option prints.
- Other "square photos will be incorrect and the "product" will default to
"standard prints" where the print size is incorrect - option is available to
order "other prints" with the correct square size prints.

Why are some square cropped photos in the same gallary given the option to order "Standard Prints" and others not?

These 1st two photos are correct:

Hi Micheal,

I'm getting "other prints" for both sets. Try clearing all your cookies and doing it again?

I always use a 2nd browser for checking these things....do all my work in FF and "customer Viewing" in IE......
That way you shouldn't have to keep clearing all your cookies out.....

Still the problem exist
I deleted my cookies and I still get the same problem.
These photos below (as well as all my other galleries) the "product" default is standard prints. I have available as an option to select "other prints" where the correct square size print can be ordered, but on other square cropped photos "other prints" is the default and there is not option for "standard print" sizes?????

The images are offered in 4x6 etc, and so that's why the standard sizes are showing up. Make sense?

Are there some pictures in the same gallery, cropped the same way and are only offered at "other print" sizes 5x5, 8x8, 10x10, etc. They are not offered at the "standard print " sizes (4x6). That is where I am confused. Photographs in the same gallery cropped to the same square sizes and some are only offered to buy at square sizes, whicl some are offered at 4x6 "standard size prints.

Look at these two: add these to your cart and see what I mean.

Duh - nevermind. Looks like at some point I went in a removed standard size pricing on a few individual photos. Do not show up when looking at gallary pricing.

So now my questions is how can I apply bulk pricing to individual photos. I crop a lot of photos square and would like to be able to apply pricing to all square photos in a galary at once - possible?
