Appreciation for what we do have...

Sometimes I wish Aruba was bigger with large lakes, high trees and mysterious swamps but it isn’t.
While I hunger for more space, I try to make sure the little that we have is appreciated by whomever lives or visiting here.

I’m still happy to see that what I saw last week is still alive and kicking.

Well, I have to redo this picture because the wind didn’t allow me to get the shot I wanted. Still I find this a keeper.

    I love the flower pics. I believe I have something along the lines of the second flower pic. Is it lantana by chance?

    If I was to make up a name I would call it a Great Rusty Heron but I think it's a Tri-color Heron. I let Harry answer this question for you. mwink.gif

    Great shots, Dick. One of the nice treats about DG is being able to see shots from around the world.
