What angle finders are available for Canon bodies?

ZigViews are too expensive lol, how do the Ebay brands compare to the Canon one? I heard Opteka also makes them now as well. I kinda sorta need one this week for a convention in town where I cant really crouch down to look through the viewfinder.

This is something I took for granted when I used to always shoot with my Sony 828, lol.

Any suggestions and links would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen several reviews of the Opteka ones from ebay & they all said they work just fine, just not made as nice as Canon's (big surprise there). I've also read that the Minolta V (?) angle finder works on Canon bodies. I plan to grab an Opteka eventually myself.

I've used a quality Zeiss angle finder with my film SLR bodies for years with my telescopes and in other situations. Turns out the eyepiece mount on the 30D/20D is a different size than the old standard metal eyepeice slide mounts (about a sixteenth inch too wide and a tad too thick) ... does anybody know of an available adapter slide before I machine a new one for my finder? I'd prefer to not purchase a new right angle finder.

I use this one works great for me.
Only thing is be careful the thing can slip off the camera.

Right on. I think I want to get the Opteka one. I'll be using it like once in a blue moon, so I cant justify spending anything over $50-$70 on it. But shoot, I wish I would have ordered one weeks ago, I could really use it this week.

I have the Canon. While it has its uses, I must say that it's not exactly easy to use.

In fact, it's a pain in the tushy.
