Problem with pricing and print options

I am having a perplexing issue this morning.

I have applied a preset pricing and print options theme to multiple galleries using the bulk settings option. If I go back to each individual gallery and look at the settings for pro pricing it appears to have applied correctly. However, when the customer adds an image to the cart - there are only 2 purchase/size options for them to choose from. (there should be four)

I have looked at it and looked at it and can't for the life of me figure out what could be causing that. From the backend it appears that it is applied properly. Any suggestions?

I have since noticed that all of the options for gift items are not displaying either.

OK So, this photo:

is only 799x531 pixels. You must upload photos that meet at least, the minimum resolutions, here:

Good deal, Andy. I appreciate the info and feel just a tad bit foolish for not realizing that was the issue. I'm very pleased to know that the system accounts for the image size and won't allow a print that isn't appropriate. I hadn't even considered that it had that safety feature built in. That changes the way I think on what I offer! A great thing!
