It's been ages since I've posted, and am embarrassed to post up because the level of photography on this forum is truly amazing!

Anyway, not as good as I hoped (a bit of a rush job):

Awesome shot! I'd love to see it in b&w. I doubt it would be any better, but it might give you a different feel for giggles and grins!

    Love this one!

spooky feeling, nice. Good low angle too.
I think it would also look good in b/w.

    Due to popular demand:

(I just desaturated it, is there a better way to convert to black and white? Looks a bit flat to me)

    Try Channel Mixer

If you have Photoshop try Image>Adjustments>Channel Mixer, check the monochrome box at bottom left, then play with the RGB sliders until you are happy.

MesaMan, I know exactly what you mean - I'm embarrassed to post my own photos because I am a bit scared by some of the amazing work i see here, but I love this photo! I think it's lovely both in color and b/w.

I like this scene and only one thing bugged me in the pic. That light was just blasting me in the face. it was way too strong for me to be able to really look at the image. So....I took the liberty of doing a really bad and crude clone job to block it our a bit. 2 miuntes of work got me this, a little more love could make it look right. But it helps to show you what I was feeling. Hope this helps.
