Challenge 28 Entry? A Willing Human Subject...Any Thoughts?

Took this a little while ago. One of my daughters favorite past times. She had a hard day today so she just fell out. Taken with my Canon A60 1 Second @ F2.8 ISO 100 12/23/04. Any thoughts would be welcome!
