Can't upload pictures

Hello everyone. I've been on Smugmug for a year now and enjoy it very much. I've been having a problem uploading pictures. It just won't let me. I've created a gallery and when I hit add photos, it actually closes out my internet connection and I have to log back in. I've sent a couple on notes to Smugmug customer support but haven't heard anything back form them. I've never had any trouble it seems until the last week or so. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

Hi boog, while I research this problem, would you please let me know (by PM is fine) what email address you sent mail to help@smugmug.com from? I need to be sure our mail system is working properly, we pride ourselves in answering EVERY email, fast, and with great help

Oh and to really help you fully, I need to know your SmugMug site, so I can be sure everything's alright there, too

Clicking "add photos" closes your internet connection? Or does it close
your internet browser? Are you clicking the "add photos" button in a
gallery or on a different page?

Are you using Internet Explorer as your internet browser? If so, please
try clearing your temporary internet files as described on this help page
(under the section called "grr... nope it wasn't cookies):

I sent a note yesterday and haven't heard anything. Could someone please
get in touch with me or call me about why I can't upload pictures. I can
look at pictures already on my page but can't upload anything new. When I
hit "add photos", it actually closes out my internet connection. As far
as I know, there's nothing wrong with my computer. It runs like a top on
everything I've got except your website. Please help!! Thanks.

Andy, i tired what was suggested and it got me a step further but still closing browser and can't upload pics. I sent another note to Anne with results so maybe it will get to her this time. Thanks.
