    thx Rod...none of these were cropped so yea they were close by....i almost got run over twice last night, once by the 240lb running back...ouch...chk your dental records for an id i guess

    Would work better as a vertical crop, but football shots rarely work when you see a person's back rather than their face. When I did youth football with an organization out here I was told to not take a picture if I saw the player's back.

    This doesn't do anything for me. The lone defender in the shot doesn't seem to have any relation to the runner. Doesn't look like a missed tackle or anything interesting.

    the feet off the ground in #1 has worked for alot of viewers, a face would be better of course...I don't do alot of cropping on these because of noise
