thumb nails for video links(youtube)...how to make large when opened for veiwing?

Hello Folks,

I am wondering how to make my YouTube videos open up larger than the thumbnails.

I found that they were taking too much room on the page, so I shrunk them down. However, i would like them to open up larger.
