This was taken the last time before the moon we have now.
At 300mm (6x) and no tripod, (and still no experience) I guess it's okay.:rolleyes

    Oh don't worry, I haven't taken a shot of the moon that I'm happy with yet either.......it's not as easy to photograph as it seems as I'm sure you've already found out.

    Least with moon you you lots of second chances to shoot it again rolleyes1.gif

    The moon isnt easy to shoot
    Especially hand held. Nice job

    Here is my first moon shot. Its totally botched but I liked the way it turned out even if it was an accident
