    I'm hungry already. What kind of wood are you using? I used to prefer hickory but prefer pecan these days.

    Using Hicory today- I've never tried pecan.

    Give it a try. Its a bit milder and more subtle. I also have an outstanding recipe for babybacks cooked with apple wood.

    pecan wood is absolutely the cadillac of smoking wood IMHO..of course it helps living around hundreds of pecan trees..:D i can almost smell the smoke...Laughing.gif
