How to cancel print orders?

Some guys found my galleries as I was uploading and stole my images and printed them out through ordering online through smugmug!

Now I get NO PROFITS! this is all due to the laggy servers of SmugMug the past day!

I emailed SmugMug asking them to cancel orders for the past day that went through my account!

Can I do this myself in any way and are there any other people I should email?

I'm pissed, a guy said he got a 16x24 photo of his car! There's nice profit to be made right there!!!!

You got to do it through smugmug. A tip for the future is to adjust prices before uploading (actually, what I do is make everything private/passworded while I upload until I'm all set).

Do you plan on charging the same prices across the board? If so, you'd be wise to set portfolio pricing so everything automatically gets priced.

This is what I do also. It's sort of confusing since the SM default opens up a "upload photos" page when you create a new gallery-- but just before that there is an option to set some pricing/gallery defaults. Even with those though, I private & often password the gallery until it's ready. I'm always amazed at how fast people start viewing and e-mailing around my gallery links once I post them!

Steve has replied to you from our help desk.

I also highly recommend setting portfolio pricing, so that this can never happen:

    I hope this helps.

Yup Steve helped, thanks for your concern and prompt service. All is well and I'll make sure I do that portfolio pricing. Sorry I'm still new to SmugMug. But thank you very much again!
