Photo Not Found - again

Seems now I'm having some issues with the Photo Not Found bug agian (never did hear what was causing it the last time), in my 'rail photos' gallery.
It was working fine up to this last time I checked out the site to make sure I didn't upload a duplicate photo.
On that note, earlier when I uploaded about a dozen photos, some how the drag n drop uploaded created two photos. I uploaded to an empty gallery, then from there I moved them all with move photos (expert) functions (which is really coolies in it's own right).
EDIT: Works fine with IE6. I just closed my FF2.0, reloaded the effected page - the thumbnails seem to be there but are then -very quickly- replaced with the photo not found. Odd.
EDIT #2 my 'bi planes' gallery is also affected. Two photo not found thumbnail, and the first photo in the gallery is showing photo not found for the medium photo, but the large is there. But the gallery is set to open them as meds so, looks like *I'm* the one that messed up...

I wasn't aware there was a known issue (well, sorta - unknown issue I guess I should say).

It seems logical to me that performance issues could lead to timeouts and photo not found, so it's likely related at any rate. I wish my timing in going for a trial was better.
