haha, I'm a bit of an amateur compared to some of you guys... what is ND? is post-processing the work encompassed on the computer after you've uploaded the pic?

ND is neutral density filter, like a big gray cloud on the sun
    ND4 ND6 ND8 , ... darker
i am using a ND8 filter often for longer exposure during the day, if you add a polarizer it will be even darker
