Watermark - Save as .png

I'm stumped.
when I attempt to upload the .png file, I get an error message: files with extension .png are not permitted. :scratch
Anyone seen this before?

Hi Jess,

Welcome to Dgrin! Try the Olde Faithful uploader, one time, and it should work (after hitting "add photos" choose the link "we have others"...
