any bright ideas ? btw this is problem with only one folder

I would try deleting the Thumbs.db file and refresh the folder to re-create it... It's a hidden file, so you may have to adjust your folder options to see it.

Nothing found
even when i open in photoshop it opens different file

Try this:

Create a New Folder.
Move (or just copy to test) all of the files from the "bad" folder to the new folder.
See if it works!
