Hi eveyone;
This is only my second time posting, and wanted to try and see if I could show a few shots from last Friday nights 1st round Semi finals. These were all shot at 1600ISO with a 550ex flash and between 1/200 and 1/250 sec. 108028283-M-2.jpg109056032-M-1.jpg108047086-M-2.jpg109059231-M-1.jpg

    I think you're on to something. You've got action and the ball. Lighting is
    pretty good too. I think these would be better with faces and shot a bit
    tighter. The second shot of #32 is probably the strongest and could most
    benefit from a tighter vertical crop.

    Thanks Ian,
    I did consider verticle crop on the 1st shot but not on the second. The first touchdown reception was shot from across the field so not sure if there is eough detail in the receivers face.
    Appreciate your comments.

    MAQ,
    I agree with Ian. These are pretty good thumb.gifthumb.gif That shot of #32 running holding the ball out, begs to be croped into 8x10 dimensions. Real nice lighting on his face and sharp to boot clap.gif

    Good work wings.gif

    Thanks Steve,
    I think I will revisit the original file and see how well it fits in a 8x10 format.
