Moon and cranes over the mesa

I was in the wrong location for the shot I had in mind, but as the sun was setting, flocks of wintering cranes began appearing overhead. Sometimes being wrong works out OK. C&C always welcome.

Thanks for looking and commenting guys. I agree gubbs, something about the colors on the mesa is off - I am reworking my PP on it to see if I can do better.

Redid it (crop and tone) and replaced. Thanks for the incentive to try again.

Hope you don't mind, I had a very quick go using the white dropper (on the moon) in curves.
Let me know if you want me to delete it
