Took this a few years ago in Sandpoint, Idaho. A beautiful place with all the mountains and lakes anyone could ever ask for. Posted with a touch of artistic effects as usual. C&C's welcome, natch.

Thanks Fred for the comment. I used PS cs2 to make a duplicate of the image, added some blur to one copy, merged it with the sharp one, reduced the opacity till it looked right, flatened image and used levels to suite. I like this effect on my large prints for home and for sale. A bit artsy without a lot of PP. Sort of my version of the "Orton technique".
