Billing Problem

Here's the deal: My smugmug account is running out in a couple of weeks. My credit card has expired and I will not get the new one in the mail 'til after the account expires because it has to be sent from the US to Australia where I am now. What should I do? Can I pay with EFTPOS from my Aussie account? Can I use a money order, check or non credit card PayPal to pay? I don't want to lose my account, and certainly don't want to lose my site that I've put so much into. Please advise. Thanks,

Fred.
Shoot, or shoot not. There is no try.

Don't worry at all, Fred. I've flagged your account - when you get your new updated credit card, just send a note to us at http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal after you've updated the info in your control panel, and we'll be sure to bill your account then.

In the meantime, you'll still get the reminder emails from us, but we won't cancel your account, no worries at all - your photos are safe :D

Thanks a bunch Andy! Nice to know you guys care enough about your customers that my stuff-up is so casually forgiven. Cheers,

    Fred.

We're happy to help, Fred. I expect you'll be able to enter your new card information when you get it. If you should have any problems at all, just please let me know.
