A new use for otherwise 'throw away' images..?

I end up with images that the exposure is just wrong, so technicaly a throw away. But, in some sense, still a cool photo.

so, I massaged this image in PS, and created some PhotoArt. Does it work?

    Hmmmmm, you really have to be into this kind of art, personally I don't like this form of Art, either you like abstracts or you don't.

    It does not work for me... I stopped trying to save bad pics, I just toss now...grin

    Hummm not sure what to think of it...it did somewhat hurt my eyes when I saw it.
