New Canon 70-200L f/4 IS

I received this lens yesterday and all I can say is WOW! :clap :clap :clap

As others have reported, this lens is sharp!

I've taken a few test shots and have posted full jpgs here:

Xti shots are out of camera jpgs. Sharpness was set at 2. Used Portrait (don't ask.. LOL!) parameter. The 5D shots are converted from raw with Breezebrowser. No post processing or anything fancy. Faithful and Sharpness at 3.

    I have this lens and I love it! It's great L series lens for the price and except for low light conditions, it is a fantastic lens.

    Hmmmm
    I'm looking at the images you posted to you SmugMug site. They are very sharp. But, there might be something wrong - all the subjects in the images are so, well, bulls-eyed!:Drolleyes1.gifrofl

    All kidding aside, that is one sweet lens! Congrats!
